Avon — Deborah K. Kelley, 71, Avon, passed away November 15, 2020. Debbie was born February 25, 1949 in Indianapolis. She loved life, especially family gatherings, cooking, and buying gifts. Debbie also enjoyed gardening, flowers, yard work, housekeeping, pets, playing the slots in Las Vegas, and she also had many friends. Debbie is survived by her husband, Allen R. Kelley, Avon; her son, Chaperon Richey, Springtown, TX; her daughter, Tonya Richey (Barry), Haltom, TX; her brother, Ricky, North Carolina; her sister, Toni, North Carolina; her father, Vince Salazar, North Carolina; her sister, Yvonne McCann (Ron), Indianapolis; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Streaming live provides online guests to talk to those who are at the in-person event and vice versa.
