The Indianapolis Childrens Museum of Indianapolis is hosting a two-day event on April 6-7, 2024, followed by a one-day event on April 8, 2024, to celebrate the solar eclipse. The Eclipse Extravaganza includes NASA programming, presentations, and interactive STEM activities for visitors of all ages. On the day of the eclipse, the museum will provide free solar eclipse viewing glasses to all visitors and offer eclipse-themed art projects and STEM activities. Visitors can also explore telescopes and astronomy with volunteers from the Indiana Astronomical Society and enjoy limited outdoor viewing of the eclipse. The event is supported by the Simons Foundation and is free for members and included with regular paid admission to the museum. https://www.childrensmuseum.org
